Any worries you have about hypnotherapy
You will also have the chance to ask questions, so you understand exactly what to expect.
During a session, you will usually:
Sit or lie down somewhere comfortable.
Be guided through simple breathing and relaxation.
Listen as your therapist uses calm, clear suggestions and images linked to your goals.
You can speak at any time and you are fully able to move or stop the session if you wish. Afterward, you might talk briefly about how it felt and what you noticed.
